These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of hoteldip.com and related services (the “Service”), operated by HotelDip (“HotelDip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

What HotelDip is

HotelDip helps you find the cheapest dates to stay at hotels and links you to third-party booking partners. We are an independent comparison and information tool, not a hotel, travel agency, tour operator, or booking provider. Any booking you make is a contract directly between you and the booking partner, subject to their terms and conditions.

Prices and availability are estimates

Prices shown are cached estimates that can change at any time and may not reflect taxes, fees, currency conversion, or availability. We do not guarantee that any price, date, or room is available or accurate. Always confirm the final price and details on the booking partner’s site before you book. Currency is shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Affiliate relationship and disclosure

We may earn a commission when you book through our links, at no extra cost to you. This does not change the prices you are offered or order results in a way that disadvantages you. We are not responsible for the products, services, or conduct of any booking partner.

Accounts and acceptable use

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download data; do not use bots or automated means beyond ordinary browsing; and do not exceed reasonable request rates.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its security.
  • Do not misuse alerts or email features, or use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the Service or others.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and the HotelDip name and logo, is owned by HotelDip or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. Hotel data and booking links are provided by our data and affiliate partners and remain theirs.

Third-party services and links

The Service relies on and links to third parties (for example booking partners, mapping, authentication, and email providers). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms and privacy policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices and information are complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotelDip and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service or any booking made with a partner. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HotelDip harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where HotelDip is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise. Before bringing a formal claim, please contact us at support@hoteldip.com so we can try to resolve the issue.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will revise the “last updated” date above, and material changes may be highlighted. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and HotelDip regarding the Service.
